Passing through the city from somewhere in the Carolinas, Joel is headed for Texas in search of work. The bad economy has a lot of people on the move. Recommended by Craig, he is a 33 year old, 6 foot, 245 pound construction worker. I find him to be a friendly and personable fellow.
