My clothes are locked in a backpack. The backpack is also fixed to the tree. I am left naked only with cockring and puppy mask. If I want to open the backpack I need to reach the key which is located 10 minutes of walking... On getting the key I have to get hard and then stay erected the whole way back to the bag.
